At Computer Bits and Pieces we offer a clear pricing policy when undertaking any work on your computer. We will confirm the total cost of the repair before commencing any work and give you the option of deciding whether to go ahead or not. What we quote is what you pay, thus avoiding any unpleasant surprises once the job has been completed. There are no upfront costs and payment will be upon completion of the job.
Our collection and deliver service within the Warwick, Leamington and Kenilworth area are included in the quoted price.
We offer a free diagnosis service, irrespective of whether you use our service or not for computers dropped at the workshop. For computers that we have collected and are able to repair, but you chose not to use our service, there is a £10 handling fee.
If we are not able to repair your computer we have a fair “No Fix No Fee “ policy.
